5.4 Third-party brand names, trademarks and service marks mentioned on this Platform (including but not limited to payment provider names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah) remain the property of their respective owners. Their mention on this Platform does not imply any affiliation, endorsement or partnership.
6.1 "As Is" Basis. The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. ZS88 expressly disclaims all warranties including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and accuracy.
6.2 Accuracy. While ZS88 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of Content, we do not warrant that all information is complete, current or free from error. 15.2 Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan or other jurisdictions do so voluntarily and accept that their access may be subject to additional or differing Applicable Law in their jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms overrides Applicable Law in any jurisdiction where such law is mandatory.
15.3 Any dispute arising between a user and ZS88 in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. Where resolution cannot be reached informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
